Ad specialist

The ideal candidate is a creative team player, an expert ad specialist, analytical, efficient organizer, is constantly curious and a little crazy like us. You will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing ads that will allow us and our clients to grow their business to the next level. 

Responsibilities

  • As an Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for setting up the ad accounts, managing and optimization the ads and consistently improving the performance of ads. To get granular, the job duties entail:
  • Prepare the ad strategy for a project, along with the identification of channels
  • Set up the ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Optimize the ads for each project and ensure the ads are run on time
  • Get the ads approved from the client and the manager
  • Collaborating with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into clear and concise content
  • Create weekly and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising
  • 3+ years of experience running ads
  • Expertise in running ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of CRO
  • Excellent analytical skills and eye for spotting a needle in the haystack
